Problems with Microwave

Hey there,

I have brand new 2014 Greyhawk 31FS and having issue with the microwave. When plugged in it has power to it, open the door and light comes on, but nothing works from the key pad, cant set time, turn the exhaust fan on etc.....

Someone is coming to have a look at it from the dealer, but wondering if anyone has encounter the same issue.

I have un-plugged it...and let it sit, but each time it does the same.

One thing i found odd, when I first plugged it is it was showing 0:04 on the timer LED, when i unplugged it and plugged it back it when to 0:06. Im not sure if this was the clock working or the microwave is showing some sort of error code.

You have a bad one. It happens. It should be a easy repair with a new mw under warranty.
