This article indicates it can be done. I read others that say no. You have to read and decide.

So, what year is the CRV ? Automatic ?
As you've probably heard, the 2015 CRV's cannot be towed unless you're able to get a manual shift.

Check the owner's manual for the CRV. We have an '08 all wheel drive w/auto (no manual trans available) and I'm pretty sure it's a no tow as equipped. It may be ok for the front drive if you use a dolly but I'd get the info from Honda.

We have been towing an '05 CRV 4-wheels down for a couple years and it works great.

Automatic, it is one of the few foreign made cars that can be towed 4-down with automatic.
