Rear cabinet coming off

I noticed that our rear passenger side storage bin had a buldge in the middle. Upon closer examination I'm finding that it is pulled away from where it was screwed into the outside panel of the coach. There are only three tiny quarter inch screws that hold it on the bottom side to the side panel of the vehicle. I doubt that there was 20 pounds of supplies in the bin. While we're still under warranty I'm kind of disappointed. Looking at this I'm not sure that the screws that they use to attach it to the side of the coach are substantial enough. I'm thinking it needs some type of support where it attaches to the sidewall and maybe some stainless steel screws the past straight through to ensure this does not become unattached again. Anyone have any experience with this problem?
