Redhawk Awning Info 2015

Ok, I had a stupid attack after 6 months of use. Forgot to reel in the electric awning and banged into an immovable object. The result was a bent (just a little) mounting "arm" that bolts to the coach, and a broken (pivot point on the above arm) "extending arm" on the awning. What brand of awning is used on these Redhawks and where do I find the model info etc.?

We did the same thing... it's easy! lol

I wish that it had an automatic retracter like the steps do... then as soon as you start the engine and put it in gear... in goes the awning! Oh well, live and learn.

We took it back to the factory service center in Middlebury Indiana and let them work on it, as we had some other issues that needed attention. We love that area, and just made a vacation of the trip (about a 9 hour drive for us).
