Redhawk soft floors

I have had this redhawk 2 years .. due to circumstances have only been out 5 or 6 times. Early on I noticed soft or spongy spots on the floor. I know this not good .. I have a 5 year warrantee, and this be fixed and will the warrantee get it fixed

I had the same problem in my redhawk. they have to weld braces under the floor

Your best bet is to get an appointment at the Jayco Factory Service Center for the work. The are a lot faster than a dealer, and do GREAT work. Take the factory tours while your there, and visit the RV museum.

We have not noticed this on ours. What area of the coach are you seeing soft? I think the shower base could use some help but the main floor for us seems good. I would be curious of what you have found.
