Refrig upgrade?

Looking at Precept and standard is 8 cu ft propane/electric refrgerator, which I am used to.
offered as option is 12 cu ft electric only refrigerator ($2,000+). Pros or Cons and why?

Are you sure it is elec only? All the 2015s I've seen have a NORCOLD 12cu/ft double door which is gas/elec.

Grumpy, you have raised a very interesting question. The unit I looked at was the 8 cu, but salesman explained that there was a optional "residential" electric 4 door 12 cu ft available for $2,357 additional. Now I am clueless since I personally haven't seen it. Thanks for the input!

I should have said 4 door but it is still gas/elec. Here's a video
You can also see the double vent in the slide wall.
