Had the same question. This is the reply I received form Jayco. Hope this helps.
"I would like to help. As you know, the water pump is located behind the utility center/panel. The pump is located towards the rear of the panel. I have attached a print to show the location of the water pump.
The pump is secured with 4 screws. There is a water fitting going in and one going out of the water pump. Then there are two wires to cut, a red wire and a black wire.
You can either reach behind the panel to get to the fittings, wires, and screws. If you cannot, you’ll have to drill out the rivets that secure the panel to the compartment. The utility panel will drop low enough for you to reach around and work on the water pump. When you have replaced the water pump, you’ll use stainless steel screws to secure the panel back on. You can use rivets too. "
