Replacing Bedroom slide Rubber seal

I have a 2008 Jayco Melbourne 29 D and when I opened the bedroom slide I found that the rubber was worn out. It is actually falling apart and looks to be rusty inside. Can I replace that rubber or does it need to be replaced at a reliable RV service center. What is involved in its replacement? Does the slide need to be overextended to replace the rubber or can I do it?
Please help, it may rain one of these days.

Have any pictures? Some are easily replaced, some are a bit more difficult.

Greetings....1st post... Our 04 29 ft Granite Ridge needs a new slide wiper seal. Anyone replace the double bulb press on type ? Can't figure how to post pic (techtarded).
