Roll up window shade locked-up

2016 Greyhawk 29 MV. Has anyone had one of these very nice roll-up shades lock and refuse to be moved?
Is there a trick to releasing them? Help me, please .

Opposite affect for me - I have one that one go up. If you email the manufacturer, they'll send you a PDF with illustrations on how to adjust/free the shades.

For the life of me, I cannot think of the name of the shade mfg.
Sorry.

The blinds are made by MCD, google them and you can get their number. They also have a web site that may show you what you need to do. They have several videos on their blinds.

spoke to my dealer's tech who said get over my fear of a gentle steady pull on the shade.
I grabbed it with two hands, pulled down with steadily increased force and "pop" it came loose. Works fine now.
Thanks for the input folks.

I also have a 2016 29mv. My problem is that I cannot get one of my shades to lock down. Any advice?

Cool

Had same problem. Would not lock in place or release properly. Had dealer replace it.
