Sorry to hear about your problems with the ford dealership.I had a similiar experience with my new 2017 greyhawk.Check engine light came on so i wanted it checked.Called All American Ford in Kingston ,New York,right next to Campers world ,where we bought the camper and the service manager at the ford dealership told me he could check it out in 6 weeks!
After a few calls to other dealerships I finally found one that would do the service that I required.
I think it was pretty sad the treatment I recieved from ALL AMERICAN FORD in Kingston New York.Called Ford to lodge a complaint,waste of time....
I hope All AMERICAN FORD goes out of business !

Think you have a tough time getting service just try to get a Class A windshield replaced. Glad I changed to a Seneca so that my windshield is standard Freightliner issue.
