Season Prep/Upgrades & Water heater leaking

The Redhawk got a bath today and fresh coat of Rejex wax on the front. Also sanitized the fresh water tank.

New second AC went in last weekend, new residential queen mattress and a sofa recliner is due in this week.

I noticed a couple of months ago that the water lines going in and out of the hot water heater had a tiny drip. I remove them and re-applied pipe sealant. It worked for a couple of weekend trips but I noticed today they were dripping again. This time I removed them again but used teflon tape instead. So far it seems to have worked but who knows.

Has anyone else had this repeated issue and found a better solution??

Teflon tape usually will stop the leak and keep the connection tight, but it's possible that you have damaged threads, which the teflon tape will not seal up if there is too much damage. Just monitor the leaks, and you may have to tighten them up some more.
