Seat belts

Hi all. Considering buying a Seneca FS, and curious if anyone has experience with seat belts and car seats for little ones. Everything I'm reading seems to say you can only put car seats in the dinette seats that are forward facing. I have four kids, all 8 and under in some form of car seat or booster.
Seems like it might not be safe at all. Curious for input. Does anyone know how well the seat belts are bolted in? Are they attached to framing members in any way, or just to the floor?

The seat belts on the FlexSteel dinette in our 15 are attached to the steel frame of the dinette. They are actually one big seatbelt on each of the dinette seats (not two separate sets of belts on each seat)

with a required car seat that must face backwards, that is very do-able... but I don't imagine having another child (or mom) sitting next to the car seat.

The Steel frame of the dinette is bolted to the slide with bolts recessed in the bottom of the slide. Nuts are on the top of the frame braces with the bolts thru the frame. it is very solid.
