Seneca 36FK -splendide washer/dryer combo

Has anyone had any issues with the washer/dryer? We took delivery recently on a 2015 36FK. Tried to use the washer/dryer and it has no power. The dealer did install the direct tv box inside the same cabinet. We haven't had a chance to trace it out but maybe he sacrificed the power? Any input appreciated, thanks.

Not trying to be offensive but have you checked the breaker? Is the w/d plugged in? Is your unit plugged in to 110V?
