Seneca slideout maring floor......

Our '16 Seneca HJ has a living room "whole wall" slide out. The tiles were replaced when we bought it because they were already marked up. The service tech "adjusted" the slide so it picks itself up on moving in or out and at the end of travel it sets itself down. Still marked the tiles and now the motor sounds as if it's in a strain when it starts going in or going out. After it gets going it sounds better but all the problems with slide motors and tracks it makes me nervous! I have a list and this is on it but just wondering if anyone else has this problem.

Our 2015 FK had a similar problem with the big slide. We had it adjusted and the tiles replaced and, thankfully, haven't had the floor marked up again. Once in a while, maybe one in 10 times, the slide will not close properly, leaving a gap at the top. Running the slide out and back in has fixed it so far.

Does make me wonder about the longevity of those slides. I cringe a little each time I run it in and out wondering when it might leave me stranded somewhere.

I have two tile scratched, right behind the drivers seat. I looked under the couch, and found the head of a broken screw.

When we purchased our 2015 TS, the tile floor was marred from the slide. The dealer adjusted it, replaced the damaged tile, and also gave us a set of plastic runners to put down when we move the slide in so that it will not settle onto the tile floor. I do not recall what they called them and I looked on Amazon and could not locate any but I do recall they had them in the retail shop at the dealer.
