I unplugged the trailer and checked again still no turn signals. I checked every fuse in the 3 fuse boxes under the hood. None of them were marked turn signals but I took each one out and checked them and they were all good. Still no turn signals. I read on this post that it was under the carpet under the drivers seat. My unit has rubber mats instead of carpet and there is no sign of a fuse box. I went under the truck on the drivers side seat and could see any wires coming from this area. I looked under all the cab and could not find signs of a fusebix. I called Jayco they couldn't help me they said to call Freightliner. Called freightliner and he could not pull up my VIN. His comment is take to a dealer it's under warranty. Closest dealer is 45 minutes away and I would like to fix it my self rather than spending a day at the dealer. Any suggestions?
Just out of curiosity, are both high beam headlights working?

Problem solved

Thanks for all the replies. When I originally called freightliner I had written the vin down incorrectly. When I called them back they still cound not tell me where the fuses for the tail lights were. He said he thought is was a wiring problem since the front signals worked but not the rear. Thanks to Robbbyr I checked the battery compartment and found what appeared to be a fuse box. Pic1. I tried to open it but Jayco had run a steel tube right in front of it so it was impossible to open. I was able to get one side open enough to look inside and unfortunately there were no fuses. It appears to be a terminal box for 12v connections. Pic2 You don't want to open this unless absolutely necessary because there is a little gasket that came off and is nearly impossible to get back on because you can't open it enough. After looking around this compartment a little more I found a couple of in line fuses and a fuse block with 3 fuses on the opposite side of the terminal box above the batteries(back wall). Pic3 I found the 20 amp fuse was blown replaced it and the turn signals and brake light are working again. Thanks for all the replies.

I understand. I actually did read the recall report before mentioning it. My thought, beyond the text of the recall, and my point was only that the same people (Freightliner FCCC assembly workers,) same plant (Gaffney, SC,) and same timeframe...sometimes things spill over...like what happened with the Bosch fuel pumps in our Ford and our Dodge...not even the same brand of truck.

The "PDM unique to these chassis" doesn't mean that every component of the PDM is therefore unique. Certainly they might share components such as circuit boards, relays, transistors, diodes, etc. the same way fifty brands of computers may share the same CPU or video chipset.

The OP was at a bit of a loss and asking for any ideas and I was just offering one possible idea...not trying to refute other opinions or suggestions and certainly not to argue about nuances. I don't have a dog in this fight.

I'm feeling like a guy offering to tell someone how to disable the annoying seatbelt chime in the new farm truck only to get pounded by others saying "You just need to wear your seatbelt."

Those folks apparently haven't had to jump in and out of the truck fifty times an hour to push cows and check fence wire. I don't need to feel superior by finding something wrong with every opinion but my own. I just like to help because sometimes people help me also.

That box in the first pic is the power distribution box for the Freightliner chassis, depending on the year it can have fuses in there for various things. The 2 metal tubes look to be the conduits that feed power to the slide out, if you extend the slide, these should move out with the slide and make that cover accessible IF you ever do need to get into it. You do have to be careful about the ends of those conduits catching on things when the slide goes in....its a terrible design on Jaycos part. I installed a track and trolly on mine to keep them up out of the way.
