Seneca's Jensen radio won't power off

Parked after a bumpy ride on US 69 in OK and cannot power the Jensen dash radio off. Stuck in rear camera mode. Anyone else have this happen to them? If yes, what was the fix? Is this a pop the fuse to reset fix? If so, where is the @#$% fuse located.

I assume even with the ignition switch off the chassis batts are still connected because of stored info. Turning the house batts off did nothing.

Thanks.

Problem resolved. I downloaded the manuals and finally found something small enough to insert into the reset button opening. "Not responding" was in the troubleshooting section. The microprocessor was not working properly due to noise and a reset was required. Not sure what the source of the noise was…CG wifi? Suggest that paperclips be added to your toolkits.

Cocktail toothpick worked but subject to breaking. Tip of ballpoint did not reach in deep enough. Paper clip would be ideal.

BTW, were you at Mpls NW KOA a couple of weeks ago?

No I have not stayed at the Minneapolis NW KOA recently. I live on the south side of the at win Cities. This winter I will test the Seneca with a run to Texas. We have relatives all over the state an stay at La Hocienda camp ground near Austin. Adding a paper clip to my took kit as a result of your reply. Thanks.

So, you said you also had a bumpy ride. How did the Seneca handle US 69?

RodgerS, I will answer your question in a separate posting so the topic is not buried with this radio one.
