Smell coming from vent under bathroom sink

I can smell strong toilet chemical smell coming from vent under bathroom sink. Didn't start smelling it until I used the black water flush system. I did make sure the black water dump valve was open before flushing. Any ideas ?

Check to see if the anti syphon valve is working.

Might try using the BT flush again, may have some debris in the wrong place and needs to be flushed out.

Most likely, the AAV (Air Admittance Valve) on the drain plumbing vent under the sink has failed. They are inexpensive and are usually easy to replace. You can get them at most hardware stores or home centers (unless local codes banned them).
