So, how many miles have you put on your Class 'C'?

So, I thought it might be fun to have everybody chime in with how many miles/how far they've taken their rigs since they've owned them. I'm taking mine from Jersey to Florida next month - time to get that odometer some exercise !

Our Greyhawk MV is one year old this past Feb. We rolled 6,300 miles last summer. Hopefully that will change in mid June, July, & August. If all goes well, we will roll to Alaska. The trip should be a total of 11,000 miles or so.

Around 10k on ours, which is quite a reduction since I'm not working 21/21 rotations anymore. Down from 20k plus a year. Still going though.

Just realized it said Class C. Oh well. Sorry for the vote. Think I put about 6k in 8 months on my class c when I had it if that counts.

23K so far. Hope to add another 5 or 6K this year with a ride to the SW in there somewhere.

15,000 miles

So far, two years in, I am averaging 7500 miles a year. I think that is probably a increase from my TT days. So far the longest trip, for the Greyhawk, was from Brooklin Ontario to Pigeon Forge Tennessee. The longest ever was taking my Sunset down to the Fort at WDW.

When we had our 01 DESIGNER, 55,000 in 7 years and our 08 SENECA 52,000 in 6 years. Our dealer always said mileage was not a trade in concern. His comment was "When they sit, any problems don't get fixed".

I'm sure the diesels can go 200k-300k miles before they are dogging it; I suppose my primary interest was how the E450 motorhomes are trucking along - durability wise, chassis loaded, etc.

3500, but I have only owned it since November and it had 1800 on it from transport and my drive home from the dealer was 700.

We had our Greyhawk for one year and did 15,000 miles. Just traded it in for a Seneca.

Don't diesels need to be run frequently or you get problems? I don't think I'd be able to use my rig enough to keep the motor happy.

The longest ours ever sits is the time span between January and middle of March. Other then that, we try to get out every weekend.

I'm lucky if I get out once a month. The allure of that Seneca is strong but I would end up w/ problems due to lack of use I think. Perhaps when I'm retired ...

We do a lot of towing (Jeep Club), so the Seneca will be perfect for us. We also travel with our two kids, so the bigger RV with the dual couches is a must. 6-8 more years and the wife and I are hitting the road.

Purchased in May of last year. Put on 10,000 miles between then and the end of October 2016. Ready to roll again next week - please, no more heavy snow.
