Very nice. Exactly what I want to do with our spare.

Do you mind noting where you got the tire hoist and the size of the metal brackets? And what is that sixth picture, the winch extension into the storage compartment?

Here is some info:

(4) 1"X 2" 14 gauge Steel tubing cut to reach across frame (~34"), 3/8 bolts, 3/4" round steel tubing for winch extension with 7/8" bolt welded on end. 1/2" spacers under front and rear 1"x 2" for winch extension clearance.

Pillow block bearing:

Lippert Winch:

Hope this helps.

Yes, the sixth picture is of the winch extension as it goes into the compartment.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Rim

I bought one on Ebay. Go to etrailers.com and print out a bolt pattern guide to make sure you get a rim with the right bolt pattern.
