A sway bar may help but a front trac bar if available for your chassis would probably be the better investment.

Before buying things to add on, be sure your tire pressures are where they should be. You could also try inflating them to the maximum shown on the sidewall to see if that improves handling.

We upgraded the sway bar and added a rear trac bar. The difference is amazing. I think the rear trac bar was the real fix though.

We went full force to fix our issues concerning sway and steering in increments. First we got an alignment and cam kit for our MH (31FS) then we upgraded the sway bars, front and rear (roadmaster), then we added the steering stabilizer, I think roadmaster there as well. After these, the improvement was night and day, but in an attempt to further improve the ride, we decided to add front and rear airbags to the suspension with a wireless compressor. This was the single best investment in the ride quality Ive felt in any MH I've ever been in. It allowed us to adjust the the pressure in the bags to change the ride quality on the fly and adjust for our TOAD (Wrangler Unlimited) and changing cargo loads. It turned out it was cheaper than the sway bars too, only costing around $700 or so for all four corners. Good Luck
