Storage compartment capacity 2017 Greyhawk 31fs

We are starting to finalize our plans for our first long trip this August from Toronto to Fort Wilderness at WDW. Does anyone know know where I can find the maximum weight capacity of each of the basement storage compartments. I want to distribute the weight as much as possible but also do not want to overload each area, especially the large one at the back bed area.

So, this isn't what you asked - but I don't think you could put enough weight in *any* compartment that would (a) overload the compartment but (b) not exceed your CCC rating.

We have a 31FK - and these are big vehicles with not much CCC left over. Once you put in the people, your belongings, food and water - there's not much spare weight left over. Overloading anyone compartment would not concern me.

Again, sorry - not what you asked, but that's what would be going thru my head.

If you're planning on distributing *hundreds* of pounds of gear among the basement compartments, then are you still within the GVWR/CCC ratings?

If I am not mistaken I believe I am allowed 1399 lbs which I know includes the 5 of us. My main concern is the portable BBQ we have is roughly 40 lbs and the only compartment it would fit in would be the large storage bay which also connects under the bed. It will not fit under the bed part as I am short 4 inches for height so it would have to sit in the lower "bin" part of the storage area. This area seems to only be held in place by some screws from the upper lip of the bin. (Sorry no photos at this time). As this is at the back and their may be some extra bounce or vibration I am concerned this may damage the compartment itself.
