Super C Pet Peeve

Without trying to be "fancy" ,I find it disappointing to see the number of RV Resorts which are exclusively for Class A ( regardless of their values ) and excluding Super C ( like Senecas). I know that there are plenty of other places to stay which accept all RV's however, sometimes and at some locations ,it would be nice to stay and be welcome at these "upscale " resorts.

Anybody aware if any lobbying is being done on our behalf ?

I see what you are saying but my view is if they did not want me there because of my RV type I would not want to give them my business anyway.

Add over 55 parks. I was going to join friends is AZ the park he was in wouldn't let us in and if we visited my 14YOA grandson had to register for the day. Plus side was I found a great park 20 miles away.

They don't go there for the camping, it's the farthest thing on their mind. It's catered cookouts with oysters, lobsters and scallops/ the best meat that money can buy, cocktails and wine tasting and comedy guests.

I love camping but that ^^^ don't sound bad either!

That being said, a place a 240k-500k super c motor home can't go because it's a "c" isn't the place for me either

What got me going was the following article that I fell upon and when researching several of these sites and saw that they were exclusively for Class A.

Top Luxury RV Resorts and Parks: When $$ is No Object

Now dont get me wrong, more than 50% of our camping is boondocking at Motocross tracks and we love it !The other is at other campgrounds, some nice some not so great that we have visited throughout North America on our extensive travels and have enjoyed them also. However when I saw this article, I thought it would be nice to try and to spoil DW a few days at one of these top end resorts....perhaps its a good thing they dont want us.....maybe the DW would have loved it and never wanted to go back to the MX tracks

All that has been said makes good points but it stings when your beauty turns ten and you are no longer welcome. How abou you are not allowed because your dog is over 35 pounds. Dog's have no sense of size so why refuse service to a quiet good size dog. Oh least we forget no pop ups or tent campers.

The "life police" are just another pot hole in this highway we call living. Latest "peave" is the people in Florida that have designed the Walmart and shopping center parking lots. They should not be allowed to reproduce.

May you always live in such wonderful bliss. I didn't know it, either. Until I read it here. I guess WE don't travel in those circles. GOD grant me the gift that I don't ever want to go to that type of place. Some things always smell and really never need to be experienced.

They don't want my gun-toting, beer drinking, retired sailor a$$ there anyway. (yes I may have a slight problem with swearing)

That's not my idea of camping anyway, I can hob nob and socialize at home. I am relatively new to the RV community and when I went to the Urbanna Oyster Festival this year I was surprised at how many people seemed to be doing exactly that. I prefer to be in the woods with my family and the critters.
