Thank you to Randy West and Jayco Customer Service
I want to say thank you to Randy West of Jayco's Customer Service. We bought our 2016 Greyhawk at Camping World Of Myrtle Beach. Unfortunately we live in Wilmington NC. Had problems with the backup camera from day one. Contacted customer service at Jayco and spoke with Randy West to see if we could have it repaired locally, pay for it and get reimbursement from Jayco? We have no Jayco dealers anywhere near our location. No problem!! Jayco sent me the part, had unbelievable patience with the at best challenging diagnosis of the cause and is reimbursing me for the labor. In return, I tried to keep costs as reasonable as I could. Saved me an unbelievable amount of time and frustration. Thanks again for such great service! It is really appreciated!!

I also have had nothing but great t service and responsiveness from Randy. First class guy, always gets back to you. Can't say enough except, I think he deserves a raise!

It's nice to see positive comments. All too often product / brand specific forums tend to highlight only the negatives...

Concur, it's a pleasure to see the good side of customer service. We know most of the good service never receives proper accolades but every slight negative is headline news. Good job Jayco and great share NCGREYHAWKMV!

Great to hear positive. Sometimes, we only want to post when things go wrong. love it to hear the positive side. Probably outweighs the negatives 10 times but we don't always see that part!

I can echo all the positive comments. Both guys were always very helpful, patient and courteous when I called or emailed needing something.

You know, often times it's a nice gesture to address an email to the CEO or the Head Honchos (usually found on the website) and let them know how pleased you are.

I, too, have been working with Roger Johnson with some issues and he has always been very responsive and attentive. Amidst my issues, I would buy Jayco again simply because of the caliber of their dedication to customer service.

I wanted to pass on that we have had good customer service and support from Jayco as well, here in Canada. Thanks to Bill Isley and Paul Martin for your assistance with our warranty issues on our 2015 Greyhawk. This is our first new Jayco product and we would buy from them again.
