Thermostat in bedroom?

I have a question - We have a Granite Ridge 3100ss, there is a thermostat in the living area that controls the ac/heat and fan speeds and also has a temp control, BUT there is also a thermostat in the bedroom so what the heck is that for? (we only have one ac).

Bedroom thermostat

Hello, The thermostat in the bedroom is for the ceiling fan over the bed.
At least that what is for in our Greyhawk 31SS. Put the fan on Auto and set the thermostat. When the temp reaches that temp the fan will automatically turn on and draw air in or exhaust the hot air depending how you set it.

This is an item that had me scratching my head as well. I am guessing it is for cooler climates. In summer, I think it is basically useless. I did try to use it set at a higher temp while driving, to try to try and pull som e fo the hot air out of the back bedroom. I dont think it did much. I am wondering how it will do when having to run the heater while camping in colder weather.

I'm with Mike and Rose. In my Greyhawk, the bedroom thermostat operates the automatic ceiling fan over the bed in the back bedroom.
