So my Seneca is scheduled to leave the factory on May 4 with 7-10 day travel time to Orlando. So it should be ready around May 14. I will have everythinig ready by May 14 with ease, right? But Nooooo. This afternoon I get a call from the finance guy at RV One in Orlando telling me my RV arrived today. Wow! I will go to Orlando in the morning to check it out and start the process.
I thought I had 2 weeks to arrange for the insurance, financing, down payment and even where to park. I now have to get into high gear on getting everything done right now. A very pleasant surprise but I am kind of in shock.

What has been your best choices for the RV insurance?
I ended up buying a Progressive policy at $1,235. I have $100/300 liability, $1,000 deductible for comp and collision. I live in a suburb of Ft. Lauderdale so our insurance is higher than many places.
On my toyhauler I had National General (Good Sam) and they were reasonable and allowed you to put the insurance in"storage" when not in use. They quoted me $2,600 for the Seneca which tells me they really didn't want to insure it. Prices were all over the board
