Vibration issue

My Dealer called today to let me know they got in the first of their 2016 Greyhawks because the vibration problem has been fixed.

Jayco was holding the units on their lot and not shipping them until the problem was solved. Didn't say what caused the vibration just that it had been fixed.

Time for a test drive be sure to report your findings. Also push to find what they did to solve the issue

Hmm, they didn't have it fixed as of 6 days ago when I received this email from Jayco after I inquired about the tank less hot water system and the vibration. Here was their response.

Quote:
Girard has made some improvements on there water heater to be able to get an consistent flow of hot water. I have also attached the latest information from Ford on the vibration issue. BCM 1877 – 2016 E-Series E450 Cut-A-Ways and Stripped Chassis Stretched – Vibration Felt And Heard From Floor 55 MPH To 62 MPH Under Load

Some 2016 E-Series E450 Cut-A-Ways and Stripped Chassis stretched vehicles equipped with a 6.8L engine and 6R140 transmission may exhibit a vibration and moan at 55 mph to 62 mph under load. Engineering is currently investigating this condition and is developing a service repair procedure to be available shortly.Do not attempt repair or replacement of components at this time. Monitor QVM and OASIS bulletins for updates.
But if you drive it and no vibration it's all good!

I own a 2016 Greyhawk with the vibration. Just today I received the following email from Jayco:

Just a quick update that a repair has been found and we are now constructing our Technical Bulletin for the dealer base to make the necessary repairs. Once the TSB has been released we will update you on the process.

Thank you,
