While we have not used that specific brand, we have had the Delonghi Micathermic heater mounted on our travel trailer's bedroom wall for the past 3 years. It is about the size of a medium TV and about 2 inches thick. It has no fan, and the rear of the unit does get warm, but not hot. We have only used it on the low power setting and it keeps the bedroom quite warm. It won't give you quick heat, but it will keep a constant temperature once it gets up to the temp setting. It does have an adustable thermostat. It uses about 6 amps on the low setting.

We purchased two of them at a discount store for $19 each. My daughter uses one in our sticks and bricks house in her bedroom, but she uses the floor standing legs, not on the wall.

Amazon has them for around $100 bucks, which seems too expensive to me:

And here's a photo of a wall mount:

And here's a video review of the panel heater:

I have been wanting to tear out my way too much heat and very noisy propane furnace. Looked around at several ways to get some heat in place of the propane furnace...

I think one of these setup would work very well for me using one of those CAT type propane heaters...

I have also thought about going to the hydronic type heater using the hot water from my Hot water heater...

Setup might look something like this

The heat exchanger would be one of these Aqua Hot 200/400 Heaters much like what you would find in an automobile... This would fit just perfect inthe hole where the Propane furnace once was...

Still thinking about it all...

Considering how infrequently we actally use the furnace in our TT, I don't see the problem that some seem to have with the OEM set up. We use electric heaters [small one in the bedroom] to maintain desired heat when we are up and reading or watching TV if the fan noise becomes an issue. We use electric at night unless temps are at or below freezing so we can keep some heat going into the belly. Ventless propane heaters work great but will generate copious amounts of humidity.
