Water Leak Outside TV

I notice after a storm today that I am getting water into my outside TV compartment. All the seals look good and the door closes tight. I wanted to see if anybody else has had this problem and where to look.

Yes, there needs to be more silicon seal between the TV compartment flange and the side wall of your RV.

My 2014 Seneca had the same issue. I had my unit back at Jayco early this year for other warranty repairs and the outside TV cabinet issue was well known to the service center staff. Apparently many units were not properly attached to the sidewall from the factory. At the service center they had to drill several more holes inside along the top and side edges and insert more screws. What they had installed initially was unable to stand up to the pounding they get on the road.

They put in more screws and resealed, so far no more problems.
