I have been to several campgrounds with 90 PSI. One, Corp of Engineers park with 125 PSI.

Checking the pressure before connecting is not a reliable indication. Dynamics in the park can cause wide pressure variations.

After setting an adjustable regulator where you want it it will be fine wherever you go. Its whole purpose is to regulate pressure irrespective of the supply pressure. The only time you will not get the pressure you set the regulator to is when the supply pressure itself drops below the regulator setting.

To not use a regulator is asking for trouble. The guy at Jayco is fairly sure he will not have to deal with the consequences of your plumbing failure.

Do any of you use those Camco blue water filters that attach between the hose and the RV? I have a bunch of them, but I'm not sure how they affect the water pressure. I always used them, but now I'm unsure if that's wise or not. I know my Greyhawk has a inline water filter, but I'm not sure if its for the whole system or just the bathroom sink. The Jayco manual doesn't say one way or the other.

I use the Camco filter. Never had a pressure or volume issue.

I have never seen an RV with a built in filter that only supplied one faucet. It should be for the whole system. As far as the Jayco manual goes you must realize they preoccupied with printing lawyer mandated Cautions & Warnings. They do not have the time nor the space to put in functional details and item locations.

I'd hate to spend all that money on the Watts regulator like I did, only to defeat the volume of water b/c I used the blue Camco filter.

Adjustable Water Regulator - Lead Free - Valterra A01-1117VP - Faucets & Inlets - Camping World

This is the one I use and works great with the hot water on demand. I believe it is set for 45 PSI. Can be adjusted. Even tough the Campground owner says that his water pressure is around 45 I still use it to make sure. Don't need any leaky pipes !

I ordered a lead-free Watts regulator from Menards, I'll test and report back.

My regulator is preset to 50 psi (not adjustable) and I've had no problems.

In my experience with multiple regulators, the Watts unit is the best for full (4 to 4.5 gpm) flow. I got mine here. I have the 263A-LF model.

UPDATE

My water pressure actually never fluctuated regardless of how I adjusted it, it actually greatly reduces your water pressure down to almost nothing. Stay away, don't buy! I instead purchased a Camco 40055 brass water pressure regulator for now, but the Camco 40058 adjustable regulator looks appealing as well as the Renator M11-0660R.

I've always used them and if they affect water pressure I've never noticed. I do use a Camco pressure regulator before the filter ever since having high water pressure pack the filter material so tight that water wouldn't go through.
I make a point of buying them in pairs, keeping one dry and onboard in case I forget the "wet" one which lives in the fridge between uses to prohibit any algae growth.
