Water under bed

So after our long trip and everything was working fine. Hooked up to connections for water today and my dw noticed water was coming from under our bed onto our floor. Unhooked everything was fine. Found some random wires disconnected today as well. Also warm water was flowing from what looked like an overflow tube near black/grey tubes. Isolated incidents or connected?

That looks like a low point drain that is open. Ours has a sticker on one of the lower cargo compartments that says "Low point drains". Make sure both valves are closed.

The mystery water under the bed is the critical item. Did you find the source? Any major rain around you lately?

Those wires place a close second in my own personal (if this was my camper) freak-out scale.

Is everything in your camper currently functional? That wire has to be causing something to... err... not work?

Can't say if any of those events are connected or not... looks like the big-bang went off though.

Edit - let me rephrase that..
When you said water under the bed are you only talking about the low point drain there? Or was there water literally intruding inside your camper? Like the guy above mentioned, seeing water come out of that drain isn't necessarily a problem.. it certainly could be. A lot of us have had issues with water 'auto siphoning' out of those drains before and some of us have installed valves to stop that from happening. Anyway, I'm rambling... not sure if that was of any use at all... I'd be at home depot right now buying stuff to fix up that wiring immediately.

Everything is working so far?? I guess I don't know. What is back there? Tank heater? Items for towing? The mystery has not been solved. We have some weird platinum level service thing so we are taking it to camper world on Friday. We left power plugged in to keep tank heater and
Coach heat and hot water tank on etc. we are in hotel for next 9 nights.

Cool, glad you have that option. Those kind of look like marker / turn signal wiring, but I'm clueless there.

Since water damage completely '86's' RV's in short order, when you said you had water on your floor, that was a showstopper problem in my mind. While it's ok to see water coming out of your low point drains like that, it's also likely the overflow hoses for your water tank as well. Almost sounds like your water system became over full + over pressurized and you ended up with water in a lot of places it shouldn't be. As long as you guys stopped the bleeding, let CW deal with the diagnosis. Please let us know what happened when you find out.

Will do. I think you might be right. Maybe seals/gaskets were harder from the over night freeze and the pressure was too high and like you said. Seeped out. I will let everyone know. I had in order City Connection > Water Filter > Regulator > Hose > Coach. The hookup is one of those big handle old school ones. I opened it with nothing and pressure was crazy. Maybe all combined. Hopefully I get a good diag. Will be in touch Friday afternoon.

Had the same issue a few months ago after I took Grayhawk in for service. It appears that the knucklehead who serviced my rig forgot to tighten the water hose connections which caused the water under the bed. Water pump was not the issue it was the connectors of the hose up to it. After taking it in and without admitting guilt the problem was fixed and no problems since!

Water under bed

Okay got it back. The wires were simply not done right and came loose after 3600 miles. Some trailer lights and a ground.

More importantly the water. The city hookup gaskets and fittings came loose. That's it. $158 and we are back in business.
