I have a 2004 Granite Ridge 3100 and the breaker box is on the box of the rear bed on the passengers side.

I had the same prob, mine is on the awning side of the bed half way to the back of the bed. It is covered by two plastic covers which need to be pried off with a screwdriver. Careful not to break the covers.
