Who Registers Warranties On New Seneca

Just purchased a new 2017 Seneca HJ from a local dealer who does not communicate well with customers.
My question from other Seneca owners is, does the selling Dealer and/or Jayco register all the warranties on the Freightliner chassis, Generator, Jayco house RV part and all the appliances?
Are there any items that the customer needs to register directly with the appropriate vendor?
I am concerned as I have had varying answers, so I appreciate any responses.
Thanks,
Wade

Warranty

You have a owners manual packet with many forms to fill out & send to various manufacturers

My dealer gave me a sheet with all the model and serial numbers on it to make registering easier. Many can be done on-line.

I'd rather know it's done and do it myself..

Make sure they do it pronto, when I took my 2015 37rb in to cummings for engine warranty they said I had none as the warranty was still registered to the factory after they got it from the truck supplier. It sat at freightliner for a week until they got it all straightened out between my dealer the factory and cummings. It gives you a shock when you bring a brand new vehicle for service and they say nope ! no warranty it is not in your name

Our dealer did it, but you need to make sure by getting them to confirm they've done it.

X-2 it should be when you sign the final purchase documents.

When we bought both our 2001 DESIGNER (E-450) and our 08 SENECA (KODIAK 5500) our dealer had us sign the transfer docs when we closed the purchase.

Bought ours used, but drove mine over to our local Freightliner dealer. Met with them, and they were very accommodating in getting me registered in the system. That gave me access to their service website that had many diagrams that I was looking for at the time.

Just had my air compressor replaced on my 2016 Seneca HJ. All Cummins wanted was my last 4 numbers of my VIN and the "in service date" which was on my paper work from the dealer. I haven't sent any cards in and had work and parts delivered on the fridge, macerator sewer system, leveling jacks and all they want when I tell them it's a Seneca is the last 4 numbers of the VIN!
