Who's Traveling This Weekend and Where are You Headed

We are headed out to Inks Lake State Park in the Texas Hill Country in the morning and returning back to Dallas on Sunday. Where is everyone headed this weekend?

Be sure to post your address and where your valuables are stored. Not smart to share this kind of info.

I'm heading out to Lake George NY for a week. I'm not afraid to post it. If anyone figures out where I live my shepherds will be happy to greet them if they stop by for no good...

Fairbanks AK. On Top of the World Highway
About 60 miles gravel. The rest lumpy. Permafrost is ugly for making bumps as it's discontinuous
There is a free RV wash if you buy gas at a certain place in Tok
It needs it. The Klondike Highway had large stretches of mud

I've backpacked in Glacier National Park in Montana and it's a beautiful area of the country. I'm not familiar with the Pioneer Mountains so I'll have to look it up. Enjoy the weekend!

We're back after 14 day tour - up thru WY to Montana and Glacier Nat'l Park. Then Seattle, Portland, a lot of 101 then back thru Salt Lake City.

Good to be home.

WOW! That's a nice long trip. If you have never been to Yellowstone, you will be amazed at the beauty and majesty of this national park. Be sure to also visit the Grand Tetons, which is just south of Yellowstone. The mountains at this park are beautiful and be sure to take the aerial tram up the mountain at Jackson Hole. The view across the valley and mountains is spectacular.

Fantastic. I have been to Yellowstone and the Tetons twice before and hope to return there in 2018. You can't go wrong with either of those national parks. Safe travels!

I"ve been to all of those locations, though not with an RV. Have backpacked and/or camped at most of the national parks you referenced. I hope that it was a great trip for you all!

Inks Lake Weekend

Thank you to all that responded with your travel plans. The RV trip to Inks Lake in the Texas Hill Country was beautiful, less the 105 degree temp yesterday. Here is a photo collage. Safe travels to all!
