On 2/18/16 took delivery of our new 2015 Travel Star 5th wheel from Camping World of Statesville, NC. On our 1st night out found that we could not make hot water in elect. or gas mode. We were in Chattanooga, TN and went to Camping World there for repairs. They worked us in and got it to work on gas late that afternoon. As they needed several more hours to trace down wiring we elected to continue our trip and take it to our nearest dealer when we returned home. We took it to Camping World of Asheville, NC on 3/10/16 and finally got it back on 4/2/16. They found the 12V wire that turned on the elect. function had been crushed and a screw run through it at the factory. All is working properly now and we can't wait to start the camping season in our first new RV.

I hope you have many happy years camping in your new Starcraft.

We have a Starcraft Travel Trailer and it has been a good unit. There's always a few small things that may need fixing when new, but hopefully you are in the clear now.
