TellJayco.com questionnaire

Just curious if anyone else has received a product satisfaction questionnaire from "Jayco?"

Today in the mail, I received a 3-page questionnaire about my "recent" Jayco purchase (um, it was 14 months ago). They also got my address wrong.

I can either give all the info on paper and mail it back in their pre-paid envelope, or I can go online to TellJayco.com.

The website does NOT have Jayco on it anywhere, and appears to be a redirect to just an online form.

So....phishing scam, or legit?

I received one yesterday, also. My purchase was also 14 months ago.

I remember getting one a couple years back. I think it must be farmed out to someone but it was legit then.

I guess they give you a year or so to get happy!

I recieved a "tell Jayco" approx 2 months after purchase. Then recieved a second one after I had some warranty work completed. We have been extremely happy with our TT and use it 6-8 trips per year at the moment. I have her booked for a last bit of warranty work this week. (Slide seal at roof is torn). My dealer (Voyager RV in Winfield BC) has been great to work with. Service dept is knowledgeable and efficient. Overall we are happy with our purchase.

Yep, mine's about 14 days old... Saying what a great trailer it is right now is senseless... After 340,000 miles on an '02 F-150 I had for a company truck, I can actually say it was a great truck. Even after 14 months, you don't really know if it's a good trailer. All you can say for sure is... no, it ain't worth a dern... or so far, so good... But if it ain't worth spit, I guess they need to know. Like they're really going to do anything about it...
