Replaced the rubber roof with RV-Flex Armor. The original rubber roof membrane was failing after 5 1/2 years by leaking water through the membrane. No help from the manufacturer - 12 year warranty was virtually worthless.

Now I have no caulking to worry about and it is much quieter when raining.
