We are also 22FB owners as of a month ago (2010 model). How long have you had yours? Any mods of note? See you are from Ecorse - trust that's Michigan? We are in NC since 1989, but from Michigan where we camped and 'cottaged' around Traverse City & the UP areas for many years. Hope to make a northern trip this or next summer. Have fun camping this summer.

Sorry for the late response. We bought it used in June 2016 from a owner that had only used it a couple of times. Haven't made any mods yet. We will be adding shelves to the bedroom closet soon. Yes we are in Michigan. We didn't camp much last year. Didn't have the right tow vehicle. 2008 Dodge Durango Hemi with tow package. We purchased a new tow vehicle (2016 Ram 2500 6.4) 2 weeks ago and plan to do a lot more camping.
should be able to pull the camper with ease.
