For what it's worth, we had the very same model as you. Same options. We placed an add for the same selling price as you 2 years ago. This is a bad time of year to sell a TT I found out. It's winter. I ended up selling for $10,500 on CL. I also had to sell though because we were upgrading to a Jayflight 24 FBS. Good Luck on your efforts. BTW....that 197 is very nice. The slide is a great feature. My wife just hated the bed layout.
