I thought I would need the BH for storage as I am living in it for a couple of month as my home is being built. The floor plan is not what I need or like. Would be interested in a trade for a rear living or even a rear kitchen of equal value. I am willing to give up a little bit but not give it away. Tried to trade it in but they wanted to give me less than half what I paid 2 weeks later!
