1998 Jayco Eagle 243RKS or other units?

Hello all--

Been on the fence lately about a new or used 5er. All set on the 2015 29.5 BHDS, and then started thinking of the dreaded 15 year life sentence of payments!!!!

So, started thinking used. Our kids are DS16 and DS10. Our 10yo has Autism and will be camping with us for as long as we can care for him. We also plan on taking our mini schnauzer!

We mainly camp in CA.... in parks, beaches, June lake area, Lake Havasu, and up and down the coast. Usually stay about 5 days when we go on trips and there will also be the shorter 2-3 runs as well

Found this super clean 1998 Eagle 5er model 243RKS. I was hoping to find a brochure to look at specs. Can't seem to find one. Any ideas where I can find one? see unit below.....

1998 Jayco Eagle Fifth Wheel 26ft Trailer Popout Slide 1 Ownr RARE Super Clean | eBay

There are other units that I want to go and see but this 243 will be gone by tomorrow, as it is advertised on both CL and ebay and bidding ends 5-11-15 at 6pm PT.

Other units we may look at are Jayco Eagle travel trailers...
2006 Eagle 308FBS and a
2006 Eagle 282FKS

Both are about $10-$11K

What do you think of this floor plan for our uses and family size? Grany may go on some trips too!

None of these units have dedicated bunks for the kids. BUnks we have seen in older models (pre 2012) seem to have the small claustrophobic coffin style bunks. WE do not like those. Therefore we would have to use couch and dinette for sleeping.

Plan is for us to use the queen for myself and DS16 amd wife and DS10 will use couch. Granny on dinette when she comes with us.

Thoughts?
Thanks!

Bought the 5er in link. Brought her home tonight! Can't wait to start making her our own! Very clean inside....like new!! Exterior is also very clean. Overall, a very nice trailer that didn't break the bank. Can't stand up in upstairs room, but hey, we just go up there to sleep anyway. Slide makes it nice in the living area. Kitchen and cabinets are fantastic!!

Installing my new Anderson hitch this weekend! The rail install will be the most work. Kids love it!
