2001 Jayco 5th wheel utility center

I recently purchase a 2001 Jayco Designer Legacy 3110 RTLS 5th wheel. I have two hose bibs under the utility center and one of them is marked city water connection. The other is unmarked but I'm assuming it is to fill the fresh water tank directly. The Jayco owner's manual online seems to only refer to just the one city water connection. Did the older models have two water bibs and now is there just one with the newer ones. Another question. With the fresh water tank drained, water heater drained and low point pitcocks opened, is it still necessary to run RV antifreeze through the lines. I've poured RV antifreeze into all the p-traps. Please help me understand this utility center better.

It has two hose bibs under utility center one of which is marked City Water connection for a pressurized hookup. Is the other a straight shot to fill fresh water tank? I've drained water heater, low drain points and tank drain. Is it still necessary to run RV antifreeze through lines? Please help me to understand this utility center a little better. Thanks.

The other hose bib may be a tank wash hookup.
The fresh water fill is usually a larger opening that is a gravity feed with no threds.

Just a thought.

If you're in a area that gets below freezing, you need to blow the water lines out completely or pump anti-freeze in to push any remaining water out.

It has to be the black tank flush. It should have a check valve in it between the tank and where you are. When you winterize, just blow it out with water pressure in case there is a loop that traps water.

You can verify if that is what it is by putting water to it and see if it goes in the black water tank.

I have a blank tank sewer flush up toward the front of fifth wheel by the black tank. It has the nice female connector for a hose. This type of connection is also what you see in all the nice new fancy utility centers for a pressurized connection. My utility center just has pump switch, light switch and valves. Underneath this center is another low point connection w/ female hose connection. In addition are two hose bibs with male threads one of which is marked city water connection. What is the other on? I don't have water at the storage yard and I'm not set up to tow it the house yet. I'm trying to understand all this utility center. I also have 2 other low point drains up by water heater that drain hot and cold water lines. Any more thoughts please!
