2013 365BHS Propane Tank Tray Too Short

I just purchased a 2013 365BHS Eagle Premier. It has two 30 lb propane tanks mounted on a sliding assembly but it only extends half way out and then the hose stops it from extending further and there is a latching mechanism that holds it at this point.
The problem is that the second tank is still inside the door.
It looks as though I have to remove the first tank and then the assembly that holds the tanks and regulator in place to be able to get the other tank out to fill it. Am I missing something?

Nope that's the way they are. It's impossible to get the inside tank off without the first out of the way. The catch can become hooked early in the extension process so make sure you un hook it again to get the full extension. I fill the outside tank the most and run off it almost exclusively.
