2013 Eagle 31.5 RLDS Bedroom slide question

Hi, I bought said above last summer. The main slide sits at a good 90 degree angle, but bedroom slide is at approx 80 degree(top closer, bottom extended more) When slide is extended, interior trim buckles alarmingly.
Traded up from JayFlight 28RBDL and had no issues with slide.
Called dealer and was told that bedroom slide should be angled.....
Responded that angle should not run toward trailer and was told" it's they way they are built"
Am I missing something, or do I have a bad dealer?
Any help or suggestions please! Thanks!!

The flange around the slide should not be buckling. It should be flush with the wall all the way around. It sounds like yours may have an alignment problem. The bedroom slide on mine seems to sit at about 90 degrees at the bottom anyway. If your selling dealer won't correct it, take it to another Jayco dealer or contact Jayco directly. Normally Jayco is pretty good about responding to inquiries within a day or two.
