2013 Jayco Pinnacle 36REQS

We have had this Pinnacle 36REQS for two years and have had nothing but problems.
The Atwood Level Legs Landing Gear System is one of the worst systems even when you take it to Jayco Repair Centers they can't fix it.
Now we are told again that we can't get parts and it is going to cost between 4 and 6 thousand dollars to fix this because it will have to be upgraded.
This fifth wheel has had problems leaking, tvs quit working after six months, trim seperates, the exterior is all faded and cracking. Won't be buying another Jayco product. Showning unit to others we work with so they can look for another Manufacturer.

Eeeks! We have a 2012, the only thing that seems to give us consistent crap in the toilet! Oh and everything is quoted at six thousand dollars!

You've owned it for 2 years with these problems? Wow...great 1st post/rant!!

Have you ever thought about talking to Jayco directly way back when you were first having these problems? 2 year warranty you know and one of the best in the RV industry. If dealers were working on the problems within the warranty period there is a paper trail and I would think Jayco will still help.

Most have found Jayco support to be top notch and very easy to work with.
