2013 Pinnacle 34 RLTS What to look for?

Transitioning to a 5th wheel from a Jayco Travel Trailer. Just finished the deal and going to pick it up on Thursday. It is a new 2013 Jayco Pinnacle 34 RLTS and is in perfect shape. Any recommendations of things to look for because it has been sitting for a few years.

Any ideas or recommendations are appreciated.

Inspect the frame. I bought a 2013 last year and the frame was vary rusty. The dealer said he would fix it, 5 times, but hasn't. Won't go back to that dealer. I will have to deal with it myself.

Bought my 2013 last year after it was sitting for a year plus on the dealers lot. Here are a few things to look for:
Check the front and rear caps if they are dark brown for signs of oxidation and get the repainted under warranty,
Look for sign of sun fading or discoloration on the plastic pieces especially on the screen door.
Inspect the caulking on the roof and around the windows and doors.
Look at the tires for signs of cracking and sun damage.
Also check the schwintek slides and the auto leveling systems for proper operation if you have them.
Then enjoy and have fun. We love ours!
