2013 Pinnacle 38FL sofa bed

Hello...could someone school me a bit? I have this trailer and trying to figure out how the sofa bed works in the front livingroom. There is a cavity underneath the cushion with nothing in it. Is this where some sort of air mattress would be? Neither of the sofas appear to be able to pull/fold out....so is this setup is that you just lay the air mattress on the floor?

Thx John

It is the same as ours in our 19RD . You lift up underneath the cushions and pull out. To put it back do just the opposite . Lift up and push down and in.

Our 2012 Pinnacle has a drawer underneath the couch that houses a thin air mattress. This fits on top of the pull out under the cushions off the one end of the couch and blows up with electric motor. It is only a full sized bed and doesn't include the l-shape part of the couch. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the replies..but these front living room sofas are different from
most others. The cushions are fixed and won't remove to reveal a pull out bed nor is it a roll over air bed. The only cushion that comes off is the end
that extends out further. That is where the empty cavity.
I was hoping some one with a front livingroom floorplan could chime in.
Thx!! John

Are the back cushions velcro'd in place along the top? Reach over the top of the rear cushions to find and release the Velcro - set the cushions aside.

Lift the seat from the back of the seat and it should "unfold".

Thx for all the replies. Looking at the floorplan in the brochure it says the other smaller sofa is the one that is a hide a bed. Weird..none of the cushions will come off, it won't unfold in anyway shape or form...I guess I'll just keep playing with it. Thx John
