2013 Pinnacle Radio Aux 1 input

2013 Pinnacle, when I use my phone for a music plugged into the radio. I can not get enough volume, is there a way to change it to fixed audio input or whatever to help out. Maxed out I can hardly hear it.

Do you have the phone volume up all the way? Jensen or IRV system? I have the IRV and use a bluetooth adapter in the aux phone jack to switch between phone or ipod. The volume is fine, but needs to be up on the driver being either phone or ipod.

If it's the IRV don't waste your money on the digi cable as it does nothing with newer generation ipods or iphones. Another way that might work is going into the RCA jacks in the back of the deck through adapters.

Its not the Jensen, I thought it was a etone or something. The volume is all the way up on both radio and phone. I guess I will try to find the manual and get a support phone number. Thanks

We have the Jensen and the aux 1 input would not even work. Switched to aux 2 and have had no problems. Run television through Aux 2 and have all kinds of volume now.
