Welcome. Congrats. You need to start with the wall behind the water valves and switches in the basement. There are several screws you need to remove and the walls come apart to provide access. It's tight until you get the entire corner apart. You will need a square head to make it easier as the phillips tend to strip if not sized correct.
There will be water filter panel there with 4 screws you can take off to peek in there.
Since it's new I would get the dealer to fix it.
