Wink 2015 Pinnacle Misc Construction

Good day all,

I'm new to the forum and will be retiring in two years time. I have been looking at the Pinnacle for some time and like the family run aspect of Jayco (Quality), as opposed to other RV companies that deal in the shareholder philosophy (Lack of). The wife and I like the 2015 FLSA very much and are mostly likely going to purchase when we arrive at our date.

If you don't mind, I have just a few questions to all that are in the know:

1. Is the plumbing in the current Pinnacle, Pex lines? And if so, are there brass fittings at the connection points or are they plastic?

2. Is the current Pinnacle frame made by Jayco in conjunction with Lippert? Or, are they made exclusively by Jayco.

3. Has anyone had issues with the weight of their slides sagging over time based upon a lack of support from the Pinnacle frame (I.E.) weight of refrigerator & kitchen appliances in the slide?

Jayco makes a good quality product. The above questions I have, I have not been able to find answers to.

Thanks for you time!!

congratulations on the upcoming retirement.

in our HTT, that the connections, aka elbows, Tees and so forth are plastic with SS crimp connections. I cannot see why they would do it any different on a high end unit as it requires a lot of retooling, and double the inventory.

Frame has nothing to do with slides. Slides are part of the wall system and totally made by JAYCO, never heard of anybody having a slide sag.

Jayco makes a good quality product. The above questions I have, I have not been able to find answers to.

We love our's I think you will be very happy. We've put about 4,000 miles on ours since November.
