2016 Standard Items Question

OK, new Eagle HT owner here but I have a few questions about my 2016 29.5 BHDS. I was looking online at Jayco’s web site. I was reading the list of Standards & Options for the 2016 Eagle HT and found a few 'Standard' things that I don’t think mine has. So I was wondering if anyone else with a 29.5 have these, or are some of these not for the 29.5, but other HT models?

2016 Eagle HT Fifth Wheel Standards & Options | Jayco, Inc.

Here are the items on the List that I don't think I have:

Standard Exterior Equipment
Oversized entry step with safety light? I don't have a light on my steps.

6-in-1 sidewall-mounted exterior convenience center. What is this?

Water heater bypass - ?

Hidden saddlebag storage with lid and restraint netting in pass-through. Nope, don't this I have this option
Heated, enclosed universal docking center - ? Really, where?

Standard Interior Equipment

Stainless steel oven and sealed burner stovetop with hardwood knife rack. I want a Knife rack

Then water heater bypass is a set of valves that bypass the water heater for winterizing. I would bet money you have this. As for the other stuff I can`t say.

I think the universal docking port is considered to be where your water fill and hose hook ups are and all the neat little valves (including hot water bypass) is.
The step light should be behind your steps and I think mine is amber.

My only comment is you stair light. Did you bend down and check in the back of the cubby your stairs fold up into?

Edit... Whoops, posted at the same time

The step light is dim. In really dark areas you can see it but it's easy to miss especially considering it comes on with the awning light.

The saddlebag storage... not sure what they are talking about so I can't say if mine has it either.

Heated docking center... I'm guessing that's the water hookup area. Can't really say it's a "heated enclosed" area but it is behind a flimsy plastic door and all your hookups are in one place.

Knife rack... I definitely don't have one of those either. I want one too!

I just picked my 2016 29.5BHDS last week. There is an amber light underneath the door at the top steps. It turns on when the awning light is on. The by-pass valves are probably behind the access panel on near the drivers side cargo door under bedroom. The HT's have what looks like an outdoor shower compartment that housings the water, cable and valves, lights but this is not heated from what i can tell. The 6-1 panel is the panel attached to the cabinet to the left when you enter the cabinet (switch banks for lights, awning, tank levels). Hidden saddlebag storage is not included on the HT series i don't believe. I don't have a knife rack either - again may not be a HT item.

The 6-1 sidewall panel it says is an Exterior convenience center. I know about the Interior panel for slides, awning etc...
I'll have to look for a light under my steps and for a Knife Rack.

Water heater bypass is reportedly behind the lower cabinet door by the sink that is screwed to the cabinet face. I will be confirming this in a couple days when I de-winterize. I really would like to know why they didn't hinge that door.....

I plan to buy hinges to fix this.
